Terms & Conditions
1. Goods ordered to the value of £400 + will be despatched carriage paid. We may however charge for any special delivery requests. Charges for orders under £400 will be charged at carriage rate.
2. Any claims for damages or short delivery of goods must be made within 3 days of receipt of delivery.
3. Retention of title The title of goods to which the invoice refers shall remain with Kent Wholesale until payment in full has been received.
4. Goods will not be accepted for credit unless they have been verified as being defective by a representative of the company and are accompanied by the appropriate paperwork.
5. We reserve the right to replace defective goods purchased from us with identical/similar item/s. Credit will be given when identical/similar replacements cannot be made.
6. We shall under no circumstances accept liability for goods damaged after delivery.
7. Delivery dates of the goods are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. We will endeavour to comply with such estimated delivery dates but the customer shall not be entitled to cancel an order on the basis of failure to meet such delivery dates and no liability will be accepted for any loss whatsoever suffered or caused through late delivery, non delivery or partial delivery.
